Burn After Reading (15)
Thursday 11th February 2010
Joel and Ethan Cohen 2008 – 96 mins
USA/UK/France
Language: English
A spoof on the intelligence industry that is total
pursuit of wealth, happiness and revenge. Yet another fine film
from the most original film makers in Hollywood today. The finely
tuned cast is spot on and the perfectly shifting plot mechanics hold
appeal in an era wanting for screen writing basics.

Hilarious!
That's better.
A decent film at last. Are you losing touch?
Plot a little hard to follow, but what fun!
Incredibly funny. I laughed so much!
Inventive and so entertaining.
Seemed much funnier on second viewing.
Very amusing.
So nice to hear everyone laughing.
Could imagine that happening - colonists!
At last a film that was not just dire. Why did the scriptwriter have so limited vocabulary? Too many s*** and f***.
That's more like it!
Need more adjectives.
A lovely spoof.
Lovely to have a good laugh.
You see - we can get comedies.
Nice to have some humour!
John Cleese would do it better.
F*****g awful.
F*****g monosyllabic s***.
Needed subtitles.
